BAKED RABBIT INGREDIENTS: Rabbit Egg Flour Bread crumbs Bacon drippings Salt & Pepper INSTRUCTIONS: Cut Rabbit in pieces and place in pan of hot water to simmer about 20 minutes. Remove, drain, and sprinkle meat with salt & pepper. Dip in beaten egg, flour, and bread crumbs. Place pieces on a well-greased pan & bake 30 minutes in a hot oven Baste with Bacon drippings. Arrange on a platter & pour thickened gravy made in the pan that the rabbit was baked in.
